Group therapy is a structured, therapist-led space where individuals come together to share experiences, gain support, and develop strategies for healing and growth. It provides a sense of community and connection, helping participants realize they are not alone in their struggles.
We offer both online and in-person group therapy options, including:
● Open groups (ongoing, allowing new members to join at any time)
● Closed groups (a set number of participants for a specific duration)
Groups focused on betrayal trauma, compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity, substance use disorders, anxiety, and more
All of our groups are facilitated by licensed and experienced therapists who specialize in the specific issues addressed in each group.
Group therapy can be beneficial if you:
✔ Want a supportive community to share your experiences
✔ Struggle with feelings of isolation or loneliness
✔ Are working through trauma, addiction, grief, anxiety, or relationship challenges

If you’re unsure, contact us for a consultation to determine if group therapy is the right fit.
